Medirect International handles the export division of the group and is focused on supplying high quality pharmaceutical products and promoting them through its well established and experienced network over the world. In order to provide better healthcare and pharmaceutical products globally Medirect International intends to appoint channel partners and distributors in various countries.

Kash Medicare Pvt. Ltd. handles the marketing, sales and distribution for the generic divisions under the technical guidance of Elder Projects. In its 12 years of existence, Kash Medicare has managed to maintain an average 20% year on year growth in sales and revenue targets. A network of 40 super distributors and 50 sales representatives across all major Indian states allows the firm to reach customers across the country, including tier 2 and tier 3 cities.

WellGen Medicare has shown tremendous growth over the last three years, adding 350 products to its suite of pharmaceutical and topical products in order to meet the needs of its customers.
